Summary: ScoreDesk is a tool that helps you prepare structured interview scorecards. You keep full control of all hiring decisions. We provide the service as-is and are not liable for hiring outcomes. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ScoreDesk, operated by [ Legal name — to be completed ] ("ScoreDesk", "we", "us"), registered in [ Country — to be completed ].

By creating an account or using ScoreDesk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What ScoreDesk is

ScoreDesk is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that generates structured interview scorecards from job descriptions. It is a preparation tool for interviewers. It does not:

Important: All hiring decisions are made entirely by you and your organisation. ScoreDesk generates questions and evaluation frameworks — it does not assess, recommend, or reject any candidate. You are solely responsible for how you use the output.

3. Accounts and access

Free plan

New users receive 3 free scorecard generations without requiring payment information. Free plan usage is subject to fair use limits.

Paid plans

Pro (€39/month) and Agency (€99/month) plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins immediately upon payment. Access codes are issued to the email address used at checkout and are personal — they may not be shared or transferred.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential. ScoreDesk is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your access code.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ScoreDesk to:

Compliance with employment law

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ScoreDesk and the interview questions it generates complies with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law in your jurisdiction. ScoreDesk provides a framework — the legal responsibility for fair hiring practices rests with you and your organisation.

5. Payments and cancellation

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your initial purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@scoredesk.pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, no refunds are issued except where required by applicable consumer law. To request a refund, email support@scoredesk.pro.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Intellectual property

ScoreDesk IP

The ScoreDesk platform, the SCORE Framework™, all underlying methodology, prompt architecture, and software are the exclusive property of ScoreDesk. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your content

Job descriptions you submit remain your property. By submitting a job description, you grant ScoreDesk a limited, temporary licence to process it for the sole purpose of generating your scorecard. Job descriptions are not retained after your session ends.

Generated output

Scorecards generated by ScoreDesk may be used freely within your organisation for hiring purposes. You may not resell or commercially redistribute generated scorecards as a standalone product.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

ScoreDesk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Always review scorecard output before use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScoreDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to hiring decisions made using ScoreDesk output.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ScoreDesk in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ScoreDesk if you violate these Terms, without refund. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing support@scoredesk.pro.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
