ScoreDesk is an AI-powered structured interview scorecard generator built for Retail, Hospitality, and Logistics hiring managers. Here's exactly how it works — and what you get.

Step 1: Paste Your Job Description

You start by pasting any job description into the app. It doesn't need to be perfectly formatted — ScoreDesk reads it as-is and extracts the relevant information: role title, responsibilities, reporting lines, requirements, and context. You can also type a brief description if you don't have a formal JD.

Step 2: Choose Your Interview Stage and Focus

ScoreDesk generates different scorecards for different interview stages. You can specify:

• Stage: First-round screening, second-round competency interview, or final round
• Focus: All competencies, or a specific focus area (e.g., leadership, commercial, operations)
• Language: English, Dutch, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and more

Step 3: Generate Your Scorecard

In under 30 seconds, ScoreDesk produces a complete structured interview scorecard including:

• The role's key competencies — derived from the job description
• A set of competency-based questions — behavioural and situational, tailored to the role
• A 1–4 scoring rubric with behavioural anchors for each question
• Deal-breaker criteria — pre-defined responses that should stop the process

Step 4: Use the Interview Assistant (Pro)

Pro and Agency users also get access to the Interview Assistant, which provides:

• A pre-interview brief — role context, key focus areas, and preparation notes
• Live follow-up questions — context-aware prompts to use during the interview
• A post-interview debrief — analysis framework for completing your scorecard after the conversation

Step 5: Export and Share

Export your scorecard as a PDF (for printing or sharing with interviewers) or as CSV (for your ATS or shared scoring spreadsheet). Logged-in users have their scorecard history saved to the cloud.
